Are there any differences between Cancer in Africa and Cancer elsewhere in the words ?

The World Health Organisation says that cancer kills more than HIV/Aids, tuberculosis and malaria combined. Africa do not have the basic infrastructure and resources to cope with the new health epidemic... we have to do something about it.
