Do we think in images?

You use words to think, but don't these words reflect something in our real world. Example you think about working: You have an image of your workplace in your head. When some tells you a story about an event happend. You recreate that event in your head, you can see it even you think in words

    Dec 13 2011: then i can say we use all knowledge we have acquired when thinking. It can be using words, pictures videos, sounds etc.
