If "perception is reality" then what affects your perception of people & their behaviour on a daily basis?

When we communicate with people we perceive them in various ways. How do daily conversations effect our own reality (& others' subsequent reality)?

  • Dec 9 2011: Alcohol. Time. The combination of the previous two.
  • Dec 9 2011: Assuming that perception is reality (which is not, reality is reality not perception it includes it, 1 reality) daily conversations effect our own reality greatly because people build their reality by the experiences they had. So if you start interacting with another person both, you and the other, are experiencing something which ultimately changes something in your self (change opinions about something, new ideas, more confident about current ideas, leave old ideas, makes you reflect upon something, etc.) .
