Start an effort to catalog the many biomimicry successes that are out there but not ackowledged

I was thrilled to see the conversation and video about biomimicry by Janine Benyus. Today I found another example of biomimicry that has is being considered as a possible innovation for ways to protect football players and others from head injuries --see http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0026490 . I haven't seen any effort thus far to find and catalog such efforts which could be most useful in demonstrating the value of nature to those who value only dollar signs,
