What effects does rotating shift work have on your daily life?

How does rotating shift work affect your social life, mental well-being, physical well-being, and/or your family?

An internet search will find an awful lot of information on the physical effects of rotating shift if you are interested.

I personally found rotating shifts to be very diffucult physically. In particular, lethargy, weight gain, high blood pressure, and sleep problems. The week ended and I switched shifts again just about the time that my body was acclimating to the last shift. I have the perception that the problems were more due to the changes than to the shifts themselves.

    Best wishes,
