Why we do what we do.

I left this message about this TED Talk in the comments below, and posted it as an idea because I think it's important - and think people should revisit it.

This is one of the best presentations I've seen for someone going into a potentially hostile environment and delivering value. I think Tony's approach is useful and effective vs. some of the comments I've read. I'm not on his team or in his business but I'm in business and think he has a lot to share if you take the time to listen.

So listen, implement and profit right now. It's a worthwhile message. What did you hear?
