How do you attain, connect, realise the Silence within you in the midst of the marketplace? What is your way in?

There is too much of sensory overload, an almost rabid over-stimulation of the senses (sight, sound, touch, taste, smell) and with that, an excessive outward focus. Silence, creativity and a sense of deep well-being are but natural casualties in this shift. How do you reverse this in your own life? Are you in the first place doing so? Do share.

    Nov 13 2011: Follow the breath within and you will easily shift from the far senses (sensory overwhelm with "out there") to the near senses (the location senses of "in here.") Make sure you spend time in Nature so that your time rhythms align to natural time and not artificial time.
