Is there a need to quantify the value of any given employee onto a company’s Profit and Loss Report and/or Balance sheet?
I am curious to know if company executives are interested in calculating the value of an employee’s contribution to the overall organization down onto a Profit and Loss Report and/or onto a Balance Sheet.
Of course the follow up to this question is – why is it important or not to you?
