Concise communication makes us more efficient and effective

The contributions on TED, blogs and live in general tend to be verbose. Can we force ourselves to be more concise write and talk less and put more punch in what we say?

If we achieve that we will increasing personal efficiency and effectiveness because

1-Communicate more
2-Read / Understand more
3-Accomplish more
4-Be more constructive rather then destructive
