What problems have you had in using the www for collaboration and what best practices do you know of
WWW has given us a connected global village, and some great examples of collaboration, which may not have been possible, or certainly would not have had the same effect without it e.g. the thousand voice choir, star gazing, TED, Red Cross Tsunami appeal, Arab Spring in Tunisia. However, the tools we have still present challenges and present their own problems. What barriers, problems and concerns have you had when you have used twitter, wiki's, facebook, yammer, web conferencing, email, blogs, video to bring people together
and have you come up with any best practices of recommendations
