What are some exciting career paths that would fall under an International Studies and Spanish degree?

Majoring in both these subjects definitely opens up government translating jobs, teaching Spanish literature or working for NGOs. As a undergrad, I want to explore all my options, not just the ones we have all heard about, and hear your ideas or experiences that could help settle my inner dispute!
