We could begin to solve the world's problems if we ask: If I had 3 wishes what would I wish for? Then make a plan to have them materialize!
We all see the problems of the world. Many people even have a good idea of some of the solutions however they feel overwhelmed by the complexities of the problem and constraints of the economic factors. We can capitalize on the new realization that we must work together to protect our environment or we will suffer the consequences.
So I ask you, What are your 3 wishes? And how can you make them come true? Sometimes just verbalizing the wish or putting them in writing will be the first step toward making them come true. You never know, possibly another TEDster will rise to the cause and we can change the world for the better through ideas worth spreading.

2. The whole world will be awakend with a sense of "one-ness," and not thrown into total bedlam.
3. Due to longer lifespans and the awareness/pineal boost, people start thinking not about the world in five years but in five-hundred.
That is the wish. Or just skip to number 3 through gradual adaptation of global economy and personal lifestyle choices. If not, oil and free market systems is just enough rope to hang ourselves.
