if a child fails in school who is to blame? the parent, student or teacher?

It's only a matter on opinion. When I reading Tiger Mother Chua stated that an Asian parent would always side with the teacher if their child isn't doing well. Western parents are more likely to rebel against the school.

    Aug 25 2011: I think its a case by case issue, sometimes its the parent, some times its the student, sometimes the teacher, some times the school as a whole and some times a combination of some or all of them.
