TED conversations needs visuals

Images, video mostly.
Of course some issues may appear, but isn't it natural to have media beside 2000 character length text especially in internet?
Currently any link can be added http://www.ted.com/images/ted_logo.gif still this way isn't very convenient and may affect authors credibility.

    Feb 22 2011: Since the plataform is just starting, im not surprised is somewhat plain or basic for now, but im sure they will add alot of features when they are done with the most essential parts of this.

    I dont think it will take long, though.
