do you think there should be more of visual learning or the traditional black board is better?

there are some cases where i felt that there should be more of visual learning, when i was a student i always thought that there should be visual education because it helps students to remember easily..

    Aug 2 2011: I totally agree with James Turnerwhen he says that he uses all the possible methods to teach.I do the same when I conduct personality development classes and also NLP to children.The results are fantastic.
