full information disclosure on cigarette packets
fluffed up cigarette packets (ie. symbols and colours) are being banned in australia, and i propose that full information disclosure is indicated on the packets to show how the tobacco is treated, and how each different brand/type of cigarette is treated differently to become the final product.
i've heard some tobacco is dried in the sun, 'cured,' or other types of treatment that gives tobacco products different textures and 'flavours.' this should be shown on the packet, and if this is too much information to fit, then symbols should be used that can be looked up on a government website.
by the way, i am currently a smoker of cigarettes, so my opinion could be biased.
