Have a resource center for people that will prepare a TED (or TEDx speech).
I had to prepare a TEDx speech and I had to look up in various places in order to feel confident I did prepare well.
I was thinking that having a resource center on this, could save a lot of time for those interested in such resources.
I did start something on my own, here: http://www.musat.com.ro/2011/07/11/my-tedx-experience-preparing-a-ted-speech/. I believe that, any additions to this could easily help the setup of such resource center at one point.
