Bring in Guy Laliberté (founder of Cirque du Soleil) to speak on collaborative creativity.

From the Cirque du Soleil website: "Cirque du Soleil dream is also an integral part of its philosophy: To take the adventure further, step beyond its dreams and, above all, believe that our people are the engine of our enterprise.Cirque du Soleil offers its artists and creators the necessary freedom to imagine their most incredible dreams and bring them to life."

Isn't that what Technology, Engineering, and Design is all about? Reaching into that place that is a step beyond and bringing everyone along for the ride. Spreading ideas and expanding the human imagination and knowledge. About being Present in our world community, interested and impressed by humanity itself, and being inspired. Reckless curiosity in all directions.

I think Guy Laliberté would be a superb TED speaker to talk about collaborative creativity and design, with maybe small demonstrations by some of the acrobats.
