Looking for a certain talk on managing time when you have very little time left.

I experienced a wonderful TED talk about managing time from an academic that had no time left. He had cancer at the time of the talk and only had a few months to live. I would love to see that talk again but cannot remember enough details on my own. I would like your help.

He talked about making a list split in 4 sections based on priority and urgency. At one point he talked about the value of 2 monitors in a workers productivity.

I cannot remember the author, or the title of the talk. Does anyone remember that talk. I would like to share it with a friend.
