phonetic word imitation

if one word is heard and it is not heard 100% the way it was supposed to be heard, it could be misconstrued for another word.

this idea is proposing that interference calculated to make other words sound like other words is to make an entire conversation different.

the same kind of application could be to over-ride current popular radio-waves such as television, radio, or mobile phone communication to over-ride the waves for a short radius or even targeted spot.

with a high enough and fast enough signal processing unit, this would be possible.
