All men are destined to be wise.

It is true that the longer time we share in this world , the more we grow attached with our life. The realization of this fact can make one "wise". Wiser if we know when to accept our end. For this all men are destined to be wise, the difference in between is when we start to call ourselves men.

May 29 2011: Your premise gives a notion that someone from somewhere , sometime decided the destiny for all humankind.

Well that I disagree. It's self chosen destiny by individual, but yes that can be influenced by culture, society, economy, religion, nature , gene etc etc.

May 29 2011: The Egyptians had a very interesting approach to life. The essence of it was to prepare for death or the afterlife. Problem is, they were too obsessed with death, but the lesson I would like all of us to learn out of their book is to perceive life as a journey, not a destination. That is when you don't get attached and start to feel and truly be free. Being unattached and viewing life in this way is what I find to be truly wise.
