How can we reinforce ecological policies between countries when most of them are fighting for economic superiority via polluted policies
As result of neglected agreements in the last Copenhagen meeting about climate crisis, and the construction of new Nuclear plants, The rise of climate changes, etc.
is it needed to push governments to stablish a relevant agreement to punish polluted policies?

The perpetrators of toxic industries must be incentivized to do things differently. They have no reason to change and unless they are given a good one, one better than all the money they are lining their pockets with, it is unlikely that they will change.
