"Chaos can only exist if every moments circumstance is NOT the consequence of some in/action in the moment before...

…from a different perspective even the impossible is happening as it should and chaos is simply an ordered option.

Chaos is Supreme Order. Where there is no interference with the unfoldment of Experience/Life, then everything manifests spontaneously, instantly and innocently.
As soon as someone interferes with it, interference creates a mutation in the Order of Unfoldment.
That is control, and that is the effect that the Observer has on the experience, when the Observer is different from the Observed. That is the beginning of Conflict because the Observed will want to modify the observed to suit itself.

Wether intentional or not, through consciousness ( willful intent ) or instinctual ( breathing ) acts, our experience is part of an unfolding event that from the correct perspective presents cause and effect. In my opinion a star going super nova is no different from us. And we are made of the stuff of stars.
The objectivity we falsely believe we are able to assume is a thought trap.

        That is what I meant.

An interesting, but purely academic exercise. If, as you say, the impossible is happening then it is not impossible. If chaos is an ordered option, it is not chaos. Chaos exists due to our naivety? That we perceive an ordered universe, in part or in whole, is it only ordered due to our perception and our capacity to reason the existence of order? Is it we who require an ordered universe and arrange it accordingly, as a room of furniture?
The universe/existence exists because I perceive it. It is ordered or not because of my ability or inability to do so. The constellations are random associations of stars until I saw them and was compelled by my nature to give them meaning, identity and purpose to me.

The objectivity we falsely believe we are able to assume is a thought trap. It is a product of our perception.

'Perception checked by actual physiologic state and condition by environment, validated by belief systems and past emotional responses, reinforced by the individuals unique life experience, forms paradigm.
