Corporations and Person hood: Why aren't all Amendments applicable?

If the concept of corporate person-hood extends to them having the same rights and protections as a natural person's; in that they receive protections such as the 14th and 1st amendment (to name 2.) Then would not the 13th amendment also apply?
* and yes, I get that they can not traffic in people. I am asking specifically regarding purchasing and selling of other corporations; division of said assets and what the legal justification (which is probably something simple) is that as non-natural/corporeal people they can purchase and divide up assets of other non-corporeal 'natural people.'
