In December 2013, homosexual sex was made illegal in India. Do you think this decision is right or wrong. Why was the decision made?

    Feb 7 2014: our culture values the individual above the group(officially) therefore our individuality stresses our rights. INDIA is not that modern and see itself as a collective in which the entire group is enmeshed and cannot allow it because if they all were gay, reproduction would be problematic. From our point of view this dosent make sense...but that is because individualism which was a product of economic diversity does not occur in heavily traditional areas that operate cohesively. In this way our culture being disorganized in its historic values or rathe too diverse allows us a selfhood in ways others cannot comprehend till they experience it
