what about the psuedo acceleration inside the body of a fly ,say blood, heart ?

when a fly moves so fast how does it control its inner body parts or fluids with very rapid changes in acceleration?
if humans move that faster they might end up with many physiological problems like blood bleeding out of nose, mouth.etc.,

Closing Statement from phaniram chowdary

when a human being jumps from a height, or flies to a certain altitude his/ her body experiences changes in blood pressure or any other fluid pressure, how do flies control their fuild pressure ? even though they move with great acceleration.
