What if there was one thing that could make more successful, live longer, make you happier and have a successful marriage- would you do it?

How simple a smile is yet, it holds these universal powers over humans alike...

In Ron Gutman's talk on the hidden power of smiling, he discussed the smile's universal power to uplift and soothe as well as it's influence on our own longevity and success. This then leads me to question- Would you smile more if you knew it could make you more successful, live longer, make you happier and have a more successful marriage?

This answer almost seems too simple to fully grip yet the statistics globally support it. How can we inspire more smiling on a global level?

"How can we inspire more smiling on a global level?"

    Just do it!

As you insightfully write....a smile uplifts and soothes, influences, it is healing, energizing, and fun!
    Smiles are contagious....be a carrier:>)

I think healthy living, and exercise in particular, effective listening, treating other people as you wish to be treated, and working hard all fit the criteria.
