Help! I watched a TED talk that described how schools need to start teaching children to problem solve and fail. Anyone know this talk?

I was particularly moved by this specific talk where the speaker described the need to teach problem solving to prepare future generations for the future jobs. In the introduction, the speaker goes over how most service jobs done by people are going to be performed by computers for future generations. For our children to be competitive in the future job market, they'll need to be able to do things that we cannot program computers to do: problem solve.

In this talk, I particularly loved the focus on the need to fail and to learn through the process of failure.

Can anyone help me find this talk?
