    Oct 5 2013: Hello Niruparaj,
If you have had a negative experience (whether it directly involves another person or not), the way to overcome it is to forgive that person (or event) and move on. It might take 20 seconds or it might take 20 years, but it still has to be forgiven before you are free of it and can move on.
What do I mean by "forgive"? Ultimately it means that what we thought the other person did against us, never happened. We make up a "story" of "what happened", and because it is all our story in our own head in the first place, we have the power to choose to forgive it, and move on.
This might not always be easy, but it is always possible.

    Nov 2 2013: Ignore them.
  • Oct 13 2013: I will add.
Not trusting them, when there are being trustful, in import situation. (think you are lie, or you are useless)
-also not believing in you. talking about love one and friends.
I guess, you have to build trust slowly and keep it. be trustful all time time (there are some exception).

Oct 7 2013: Sexual crime or attack is the worst since the damage from it is unrecoverable, I think. Often broadcasted news is that the sufferer of sexual crime usually get fatal physical and mental damage from criminals, and after the crime occured, he or she suffer extremely from it, as you know.

Oct 7 2013: 1. Character assassination to the point of alienating a person from his/her own family (talking crap/lies).

    2. Conditioning a parent from their child. The law supports this with a simple accusation from the first parent that files suit towards the other parent needing mental health therapy which in turn could easily destroy an aircraft pilot's career from a bias, bullshit, and paid off shrink that openly admits face to face he already knows about the case and how he is not suppose to... Then has the audacity to call the parent on the phone right after the session to ask what is the concern as other parent sits still in an unfolding nightmare.

MONEY TALKS even in LAW! Get caught forgiving and get punched in the face again before the other even says sorry.

Fake love for profit, Lejan, I'll take that any day. Dress poor, look it, and you just might find what you are looking for, accepting you for you and not what you have become or will become. You wanna know who your real friends are too? Yeah, I believe in desperate acts now. I'm getting too old for this crap :) I believe there should be a social accepting rule in every culture that believes if you wanna let people know you are single, smear dirt all on your clothes and face as long as the monetary system exists. :B Oh, the leaches and fakes would have to do some real work. LOL

Oct 7 2013: I think mine is defaming my privacy and bad-mouthing at my back. The resolution is to keep calm and clarify it with your action. Interrogate the gossip to stop them.

Oct 7 2013: Is there a second resolution if the first does not work? People see what they want to see, dollar signs, and the law is not excluded!

Oct 7 2013: Thanks for your advice. Not like America that people can sue anyone for anything,it's much more difficult for us to apply a sue, it not only costs money but a lot of time and energy as well. And the gossip used some metaphors or some implied words which was difficult for me to collect evidence. Anyway it's all passed, and I'm quite happy now.:)

Oct 6 2013: The worst a human can do to another is to be untruthful.
    • Oct 7 2013: Edward,

I agree with you about telling the truth (as always) but there are cases where a semi-truth or lie to save the feelings of others seems appropriate.

Oct 7 2013: "seems" Good way to put it! Any sign of selfishness for individual gain in there? Please provide an example where not.

There is only one good lie, to prove a point (truth) in which the lie is very shortly lived. Setting an example with empathy in mind if nothing else is possible to get the message across. "Yes, I lied but now you have a better understanding of how I feel".
        • Oct 7 2013: The 1st thing that comes to mind is a letter to the family of a fng who panicked and was unlucky.

Your comment reminded me of this quote I have in my collection.....

"True persons are those who say the truth in a time when lying is the only chance."
      • Oct 13 2013: agrees
    • Oct 13 2013: untruthful hurts, when it is aim to hurt you. lie for profit or hurt people.
however, not all untrue is hurtful, lie to protect and help keep self confident. as wayne said

Oct 6 2013: There are plenty of things-

    take a person's dream away from him/her.

identify what they most value and destroy that.

waste their time (i'm not talking about putting you on hold on the phone obviously, i mean wasting 50 years of someone's life)

    • Oct 7 2013: agree with you but would make one caveat - the dream must be realistic to a degree.
    • Oct 13 2013: I agree, there is plenty
