What is freedom to you?

Everybody has their own definition of freedom, not only this is a question I'm curious about, but it's also an idea. What is freedom to you?

To me, freedom is not only being free, but feeling free; to do, to say, to be, to literally (anything) - whatsoever and however, wherever and whenever. Because I am myself, and only I own me, therefore I can, so come what may, I believe I am free, free as a bird.

What about you?

  • Sep 20 2013: Infact freedom is needed a lot around it.for example:no love no freedom,no freedom no love either...freedom is built upon the condition which is with lots of people's freedom.

      Sep 29 2013: Hi Edulover:>)
      I don't think I understand your comment....help me please?

You say...."no love no freedom, no freedom no love..."

Without some freedoms, would you be without love in your heart?
      • Sep 30 2013: Hi Dear Colleen :)Lol,'no love no freedom,no freedom no love' the sentence is from an english song I listened and sang often. To be honest, just the sentence I remember ,so I repeated 'no love no freedom,no freedom no love' sang the song again and again. Here I understand love and freedom are equal,I think they are transparent...I didn't think too much but just feel it is cool to narrate love and freedom in this way.How have you been doing?Dear Colleen,I often planned to write an email to you but delayed:).Someday I will do
