Can Racetams counteract the effects of neuro-toxins?

Some commonly known Neuro-Toxins are effective in such a way that they prevent Choline from traveling throughout the brain. Substances in the class of Racetams (piracetam, aniracetam, noopept, pramiracetam, Oxiracetam, etc.) are known to allow choline to be used more rapidly and effectively. My question, although seemingly straight forward, is if in fact there is any way now or in the foreseeable future that Racetams can be used to combat the effects of Neurotoxins.
