TED, why not publish the transcripts of the best weekly talks via RSS feeds or the TED blog?
I live in a small Libyan town and the max internet connection speed is 15kbps. I have to pay around $ 7 for 25 hours. I'd love to watch TED talks but cannot afford to watch or listen to every talk. I'm forced to copy the transcrpts instead. What if TED could publish the best talk transcripts via the TED blog feed itself? It would save me the effort of clicking on the link via the weekend newsletter and then copy the feed. Isn't that a better way of disseminating 'Ideas Worth Spreading?'
