Human interaction via video or online communities instead of face to face - Are the benefits out weighting the drawbacks?
I remember when I was young, if I wanted to meet with friends for having a good time, I had to get out of the house and interact with people face to face. Now, this interaction is mostly trough online video, Facebook, etc.? What are the long term consequences? Are the benefits out weighting the drawbacks? Instead of seeing each other via video software and chatting, should we turn of the computers more in our daily lives and meet people face to face?
