Are eviction laws legal/moral?

"Eviction is the removal of a tenant from rental property by the landlord (*banks in this case*). In some jurisdictions it may also involve the removal of persons from premises that were foreclosed by a mortgagee (often, the prior owners who defaulted on a mortgage)." -Wikipedia

So if banks err and put us all into abyss of crisis, the Governments rescue them with peoples' wealth. On other hand same politicians have no hesitation to evict a poor family from their home. Dear Tedsters, this is happening right now in Spain. Capitalism is a corrupt system from its core and this is one of its fruits.

My question is: Should eviction laws be considered illegal as there are millions of empty flats and banks are evicting more and more people...

Apr 26 2013: it is so sweet to use something that we did not work for, did not create. but let this kind of thinking spread, and nobody will work and create, since he can expect some other people show up, and take it.

btw you do it on country level too. germany pays the bills while you have the party. they work, you lament. division of labor europe style.
