What is your favorite TED Talk video or speaker?

It's just a simple question, but I'm curious to learn what the community around me really enjoys watching from TED Talks or who your favorite speaker is? Why are they your favorite? Do they inspire you? Do they challenge your beliefs? Do they motivate you? Whether it's a short or long answer, thanks in advance for your responses

Apr 20 2013: Let me bend your rules a bit, if I may, to offer more than one.

The talks/speakers that come to my mind as most insightful when I read questions people puzzle over in TED Conversations are: Dan Pink, Dan Gilbert, Chimandra Adichie, Barry Schwartz, Clay Shirky, Martin Seligman, Derek Dudley, Daniel Kahneman, JKRowking, and Bryan Stevenson.

Another favorite of mine is Ramachandran, because he gives the flavor of how scientists can investigate the brain experimentally in a rigorous way.

Apr 21 2013: Simon Sinek hands down!

I love the use of his language, how he weaves in real life stories and provides inspiration.
