The most common applications for brain wave training are:
ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraine. Also autism, alcohol/substance abuse, eating disorders, PTSD, anger, learning and processing difficulties. There are also clients interested in optimal performance such as students, meditators, artists, performers, professionals and executives.

The process is interesting and pleasant. My client often watch movies that dim or brighten to encourage useful brain wave patterns. Games where the mind controls the action also work nicely.
