Should commenting on TED talks be limited to members with +01.00 or greater TEDCred?

Lately I noticed that a fair amount of post/comments on Ted talks are spam and some seem trollish by members with TEDCred of 00.00 and have done no other post.
Although I feel all opinions are welcome, I think a minimum TEDCred would lead to better comments/conversions on TED talks.

What do you think?

Mar 23 2013: The goal of reducing trolls is admirable. Doing it by pre-qualifying participants is an unlikely road to success. It will cost many valuable contributions in exchange for screening-out an occasional moron. Let the TEDsters exercise their critical thinking skills and ignore, or flag, the abuse.
