How do TED speakers sound so natural?

I feel naturally to speak in front of my students, but when I try to have a speech in front of adults, I feel nervous. I often find when I finish a speech, I hardly remember what I said.

Do you have any idea to help me? Thanks. :)

  • Mar 21 2013: I assume it's a combination of training, experience, self-confidence and the joy of the moment.

The reason people are allowed to speak in front of an audience is because we expect them to perform well based on the experience we have upon them.

So if you are allowed to speak in front of a lot of people, it's basically because they think you have what it needs.
