    Mar 30 2013: A: a picture of a pretty girl with a bright morning smile that I printed-out just for that purpose. It helps. (Seriously, this whole "sun coming up in the morning" sucks, imHo.)
    B: making someone else laugh

    D: finding a neat collectible
    E: putting a couple more extra necessities into the "to go to the Pine Ridge Reservation" box

    I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, and a little extra spending money... What more could I ask for. For my first breath of the morning, I had a smile today!

    Mar 19 2013: Today I joked with my parents ,I felt happy because I still can have fun together with them so I smiled.I saw my daughter coming home from school and greeted us:I am home.I felt her like a joyful buddy so I smiled.When I went to have classes for students,I smiled waiting them in front of classroom.I smiled when I heard my honey said sweetwords to me.I smiled when I saw peach flowers blooming anywhere here it means spring is around us...I smiled when I met neighbour little boy greeted me in naughty...I smile when I had apple tasted it was so sweet..

    There's also this technique of reliving the good moments. Where, when you are aware of yourself being in a bad mood, just stop for a second, think about something that made you happy lately. Close your eyes, be conscious of your breath, and feel, smell, see, everything that happened back then when you were happy. I promise you, this sounds so easy, stupid, but it works, just thinking about smiling, can give you back that broad smile. So therefore, great topic!

    Mar 19 2013: I work with a woman who suffered traumatic brain injury. she enrolled in community college and she finished her first 5 page paper that took her 20 hours to write. she got an "A". made my heart sing!

    Mar 18 2013: My cat likes to play with my sneakers and this morning he got his head sort of caught in one of them. He had a heck of a time getting out & it sure helped when I helped him out. His antics were funny to see and once his head was free he stuck it back in shoe again. So I know he loves to do that.

    Mar 18 2013: My friends always answer me why all day i'm happy. I've learned and thinking about the happiness. All the things in the world has a beauty inside, in all moments we can see many colors, hear sounds etc, if the world are so perfect why we cant smile? and all has a positive side in the universal context.
