Someone called me here and I’m smiling.
It maybe the toughest hour in my life; but when I meet someone who knows I'm hurting and cares enough to be aware and gives me an assuring emotion of love; I smile and often shed a tear. It maybe be a quiet smile on my face, but it is always there; because most of us are hurting a bit, all the time. There is so much suffering in the world.
But for the very first time, something has just been discovered in the world, by a particle Physicist, named “xxxxxxxx” that has changed the current explanation of the basic forces of nature. It will change how we truly can think.

And that made me smile today! :)
I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, and a little extra spending money... What more could I ask for. For my first breath of the morning, I had a smile today!
Experience your days!!!!!

There's also this technique of reliving the good moments. Where, when you are aware of yourself being in a bad mood, just stop for a second, think about something that made you happy lately. Close your eyes, be conscious of your breath, and feel, smell, see, everything that happened back then when you were happy. I promise you, this sounds so easy, stupid, but it works, just thinking about smiling, can give you back that broad smile. So therefore, great topic!

I know exactly what you mean.
I married my wife Denise, who was an Angel the moment I met her.
We were Soul-Mates.
And still are.

Don

Most all of us are OK part of the day. 85% of us.
I try to keep away from the other 15%; who never smile but grin wickedly
