Are there any "Science for Youth" communities on the internet?
Personally, I'm looking for a "forum" or website of some sort for young people interested in science to discuss ideas. A lot like TED conversations -- the problem is just, there's so many on here that messages drown in respons, and not all topics make it to attention. Also I find it a problem that there are so many replies to a conversation that it takes hours reading through all replies. I do realise it's a luxury problem, I'm just looking for something smaller.
- Does anyone know of a place on the internet for young people where everyone gets heard? Any recommendations?

One potential would be an "Albert Fuglsang-Vejle" Created site..one where
...it is not mandatory to read all replies but
...one where contributors ..(individual or group ) could conduct same experiments and share observation and conclusions and recommendations...and then take that all to a new level.
>>> you could ( as an example here only) obtain the past copies of Scientific American etc and use the not-expesive science experiments they used to include a back back of each issue. There were some great experiments there and perhaps SciAm would bring them back if they knew you and your friends were doing this. Many countries are now beginning to realize that the web is suffocating creativity and inquire in young people and perhaps you can help to change that.
Above all ,Have Fun!!!

(My browser automatically takes me to http://www.thinkquest.org/en/ - that is the English site I selected upon discover of this site. I don't know if there is a Danish one, but the preferred language will be asked of you.)
Unfortunately the site will be down from 3/14 to 3/17 for upgrades. Sometimes I use it myself when I am trying to get my head around a particularly challenging idea.
