If you have a physical solution to the global economic & human development situation. Who would the best global leader to go to for help?
At the base of our economy is a sector. A primary sector that is absorbing 4 times as much of the global economic value added process as it should if it were to be corrected. Reforming this particular primary creates a flow on benefit that flows throughout the rest of the economic pyramid. Creating added value at every step. Because this is a "Global Primary Sector" the primary sector in question has been secure in the fact that there is currently no Government, NGO or international governing body with the influence or ability to fix it. So if the physical solution is true, who or what will take the lead on reforming a global primary sector? A genuine question to TED enthusiasts, especially if all the reform information is ready to be implemented with in weeks. All metal mining taking place on the earth today is included in the change I have. It is actually a good question you ask. I did not say it was the mining sector because in the past people have thought that mining related organisations should only be responsible. The eyes of the intellectual level of people I require have unfortunately glazed over when I mention the word mining.
Where in this case it is of absolute important not to include any mining institutions but only use people of Practical International Political Economics understanding.
If you read the first 7 pages of my publication (Link below) you will understand clearly the difficult task ahead for me.

Because the flow on changes are far bigger to the rest of the economy than the actual changes to mining. It is of the highest importance a global, environmental, humanitarian, social, long-term, and economic view be included in any decision making.
Current NGO, Government Organisations and Global Governing bodies seem not to have the mandate to cover all tasks. Therefore, I am certain a new committee needs to be set up to split up the tasks into forms that the current organisations can handle.
The problem I have is I cannot yet find a change leader willing to understand or take on this task I and we require.
Is there anyone you or other TED members can think of that would be interested in such a global task?
There are leaders on the side-lines waiting to see who takes the first step. This is no good to me. I need one that takes that has the fortitude to take the first step in a global economic overhaul.
Anyone have any leadership suggestions?
Kindly
Brendon
