School, pedicabs, Thai massage, what an interesting life you lead! Good luck with it all but am thinking a mobile cart might need to be in a very pleasant setting eg by a river or beach, opposite a nice park, etc because setting and company are a big part of the experience. And as its mobile you could try the business districts for immediate cash.
Not sure people would buy from the same cart every single day but feel pretty sure you would have a roaring trade if you moved around. Novelty impact ...
