Altering mosquitos to carry agents helpful to humans.
The idea to breed gene-specific mosquitos in order to control their population is revolutionary. Instead of manipulating their genes to kill them, why not manipulate them to benefit both them and us? Many mosquitos are infected with deadly diseases that they then pass on to us. If it is possible, alter mosquitos to carry agents beneficial to the human body. Turn the most deadly animal into the most helpful animal.
