Would it be possible to adapt these new job candidate strategies without companies taking a toll?
As brought up by this video Job searching is very traditional and does not particularly work for individuals with abnormal routines. With the current technology and new systems that are being developed throughout the world, there should be an adaptation to the work environment to optimize work situations or opportunities for these abnormally scheduled individuals. The Job Market is looking to optimize all employees but is this possible to accomplish without taking a harder strain on companies for scheduling and managing their workers due to various scheduling. With the addition of new technology this is a very possible concept that we can accomplish and hopefully manage to lower our unemployment rate in the near future.
