In a world that is becoming increasingly paperless, is the death of print magazines imminent?

The advent of new technologies such as tablet devices (e.g. the iPad and Samsung Galaxy) and reading devices (e.g.. the Kindle), do print magnates still have a place in publishing. Is the way for the future in magazines, e-magazines? How can interactive graphics be employed to carry a potential magazine revolution?
