How can we create and survive in a world without market growth

We can't keep using earth resources, how do we create a world where we have all we need with no market growth?

    Jan 27 2013: It is impossible to create 0 market growth unless you create a system where the population growth has a net of 0, as in just as many people are dieing as being born. Then Market growth becomes unnecessary and impracticle as there would not be enough people to fill all positions and companies would need to balance their books to keep a few jobs open and still be able to retain the people it has.
