How can we create and survive in a world without market growth
We can't keep using earth resources, how do we create a world where we have all we need with no market growth?

If you want to keep money, you could tie money to the number of citizens, and release or withdraw money into/from the culture based on the number of citizens in a country. This would stabilize it in accordance with population rather than the corrupt machinations of businesses that have bought government along with the right to invent money into existence at will.
The other way that comes to mind is my favorite. Get rid of money altogether. Money is nothing more than a social glue. It is a human invention. It the people themselves are the social glue, then it is in everyone's interests to work together to make their own and their communal lives better. Money devalues humans and turns them into slaves.
Of course, neither of these ideas have a chance of being accepted right now. But as our fiscal system is provably unsustainable, and as we near the brink of total global collapse, I see a time coming (in what's left of my lifetime) where we will be forced to consider more rational alternatives.

Simple !
Just quit all INVALID happiness.
Then, we can save about 90% of the created.
And, we need no market growth !
