Considering the tragic magnitude and destructive power of AIDS and the general welfare of the society, as well as people who suffer from AIDS or who are HIV positive, should we support national legislations for mandatory, free of charge and confidential testing of everyone who does blood test?

    Jan 14 2013: Social stigmas should never prevent people from getting the health care they need. Testing for STDs should be free of charge and available at anonymous clinics, for the safety of all of us.

      Jan 14 2013: Absolutely! I support this idea as well. But since AIDS is the deadliest one of all of them I think we should give it a priority
