How can one bring out the best if one cant work best with given conditions.. especially in creating something of arts?

Its possible to do a satisfactory job but one cant put the best in it if they dont find it interesting

    This simple phrase is quite difficult to life by, yet if we don't, how but by random chance is anything going to get better one fine day ... :o)
