Can Microhelping help defeat Poverty in the Third World?
slide show is here (13 slides) https://sites.google.com/site/0poverty/
The problem with India and Africa is not poverty, it is selfishness.
Jesus said, “Love your Neighbor”. He was actually saying, “Help your Neighbor”
The Good Samaritan used his time and energy to personally bandage and transport the wounded man - he didn't pay someone else to do it.
He paid for the man's hospital bill, but didn't give money directly.
The Samaritan had low status in society, an outcast. We would expect him to be a receiver rather than a giver.
‘Neigh’bor was anyone near him during his daily life.
